I called the phone number and the dispatcher took down my information and situation I was in...said sit tight with a call back from the service hand to set on a time for helping me out...received a call 10 minutes later and he told me he was on the way...Alex was courteous, professional and informative about the situation while he worked on my plugged up drain...got my drain fixed and working in about an hour...very pleased with the job and overall transaction...will definitely use again in the future...
